Shipping policy

Shipping Within the United States

BioVeil products are currently available for purchase and shipment only to select U.S. states where our products are registered or otherwise permitted for sale. If your shipping address is located in a state where BioVeil is not currently available, you will not be able to complete your purchase.

Orders are typically processed within 7-10 business days for in-stock products. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size, destination, and selected shipping method. We may ship orders using USPS, UPS, or another trusted carrier, depending on the most efficient delivery option.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the package. Refunds, if applicable, will exclude original shipping costs and any return shipping fees incurred.

Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories

At this time, shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may be limited. If shipping is available, rates and delivery options will be displayed during checkout.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping through our Shopify store.
